Who is the client?

Tile & Floor is a Bath-based business that sources premium floor and wall surfaces in natural stone, porcelain, wood, vinyl and carpet from all over the world. Working with private clients, as well as developers, architects, construction companies and interior designers, they create flooring and bathroom solutions for a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

What was the brief?

Thoughtful thank you gifts, for existing clients who have generously allowed Tile & Floor to feature their projects as case studies on the newly refreshed company website. These projects included a mix of private homes and new high-end developments, so the gifts were for both retail and commercial clients.

How did Taste of Bath help?

Tile & Floor visited our online business gifting shop and ordered some ready-made hampers (including the Outrageous Best of Bath Hamper, pictured) from our Best of Bath collection with just a few clicks. This collection is designed to showcase our most quintessentially ‘Bath’ products, from award-winning cheese and craft cider to artisan fudge and the legendary Bath Gin, so it’s particularly perfect for local businesses seeking a gift that feels really meaningful.

As with all our off-the-shelf hampers, once the order was placed online we quickly got in touch to follow through, and offered Tile & Floor a range of personalization options to make sure their gifts felt thoughtful and genuine. As well as the packaging options they’d already selected during the ordering process, Tile & Floor chose a branded version of our ‘Meet the Producer’ cards, which explain the products included in each hamper and what makes them special, with a personal message for each individual client, and navy ribbons colour-matched to the Tile & Floor logo.
